Ingredients:
- 2 pounds can solid pumpkin
- 28oz can evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 4 egg whites
- 1.5 cups granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger.5 teaspoon allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 F
- In a large bowl combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, and eggs whites beat until smooth
- Mix in sugar, allspice, ginger, and salt blending well stir in crumbs
- Spray 9” baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
- Bake 45-55 min until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
- Let cool for 15-20 minutes
