In a small bowl, whisk the water, sugar, and yeast together. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Yeast is food when it starts to froth up.
In a bowl, add flour, salt, olive oil, and yeast mixture.
Mix everything together until the dough is soft and elastic. When it is done, the dough will come clean from the side of the bowl.
Cut the dough into quarters.
Shape the dough into a ball and place into an oiled bowl, covering the dough in oil.
Cover the dough with a plastic wrap and refrigerate.
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and let cook for 4-5 minutes.
Add the garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Add the tomatomes and break apart with a spoon.
Add the oregano, basil, sugar, crushed red pepper, salt, and pepper.
Let everything simmer together for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Dice onion, celery, and carrots.
In a pan with oil, cook the onion, celery, and carrot until tender.
Add the ground beef and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add the garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, salt, and the can of diced tomatoes.
Lower the heat, cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Let the meat cool before adding to the pizza.
In a large bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano, and egg thoroughly.
Coat the dough in flour.
Stretch the dough and form into a circle.
Assemble desired Pizza
Spread the pizza sauce on the dough
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Add pepperoni slices if desired.
Spread the pizza sauce on the dough.
Place slices of fresh mozzarella on top of the sauce.
Place roasted garlic in between mozzarella slices
Cover the dough in shredded mozzarella cheese.
Place lasagna meat on top of the cheese.
Spoon the ricotta cheese mixture on top.
Place in the oven for and cook for 15-20 minutes at 450 degrees F, rotating the pizzas halfway through.
Slice all of the pizzas.
