We offer several ways for our employees to continue their culinary growth, both for themselves and for you, our partner! We offer in house training for our TEAM and we carefully evaluate their skill level during our onboarding process. Our quality control manager follows our employees to make sure they are always learning, even when on site. This manager is also there for your feedback and learning more about how they can assist with the skill level, of employees that are visiting your site.

Snapchef Partners with SHFM to Support Active-Duty Service Members


We are proud to join in SHFM Foundation's Military Appreciation Initiative, known as the "We Care Program" for the second year in a row and we were excited to have Benchmark Strategies (one of our local partners) match our donation!   The We Care Program allows SHFM members to support a member of the military by purchasing goods, packing and sending a very much appreciated Care Package to an Active-Duty Service Member.
