2018 Asparagus Festival and Chefs’ Spearit Lunch

On Saturday, June 2nd, Snapchef attended and participated in the WGBY 2018 Asparagus Festival. Snapchef had such a great time celebrating all things local and agricultural with over 100 farmers, food vendors, artists and makers, and community partners across Western Massachusetts. At our booth, the Snapchef apprentices shared samples of delicious pickled asparagus with attendees, while also helping the incredible UMass dining services team cook asparagus-themed dishes for the Chefs’ Spearit Lunch for over 250 Hadley, Massachusetts residents.
