Recipe of the Week: Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo

Our recipe of the week comes  from Boston Operations Manager, Roly Luna. Roly has this to say, about why this recipe is his fave! “This is one of the dishes my dad knows how to make really well. He used to do it when my mom wasn’t home. It was always so nice to see him cook with so much love and passion to feed his kids”.

Ingredients:
  • Salt
  • Fettuccine
  • Olive oil
  • 1 pound of Shrimp
  • black pepper
  • butter
  • heavy cream
  • grated cheese
Directions:
  • cook the pasta
  • season the shrimp with salt and pepper
  • cook the shrimp with the butter
  • add the heavy cream to the shrimps and let that cook
  • once the shrimp is fully cooked add it to the pasta and then toss everything together
  • top it off with the grated cheese
