What experience in your life led to you interested in food and cooking?
I had been looking for a job and I always enjoyed cooking so I wanted to combine the two.
Describe the moment when you decided that you wanted to pursue a career in the culinary field.
I had been struggling to find work, but when I came across Snapchef, I knew this was something I wanted to explore.
What challenges have you faced – and what obstacles have you had to overcome – to pursue your career in the culinary field?
Traveling to jobs has always been an issue for me. That is why I am thankful that Snapchef helps me with the transportation.
How have friends and family reacted to your career choice?
My friends and family are excited for me. They are happy to see that I am doing something I care about.
What do you like most about working in a professional kitchen?
I enjoy being in the environment and learning new skills.
What’s your favorite comfort food?
My go to comfort food is pasta.
What is your favorite thing about working at Snapchef?
The people here at Snapchef make it amazing. I also appreciate how they help me get to the jobs.
What is your advice to those interested in pursuing a career in the culinary field?
No matter how hard things get, if you try your hardest it will be all good.
What are some of your other hobbies outside of cooking?
Besides cooking, I enjoy going on bike rides.
