A Passion for Mindful Eating

From day one, Yamilca stood out as a dedicated and eager learner. Her commitment to creating meals that cater to dietary restrictions and educating others on nutrition has been truly inspiring. Whether she was perfecting her technique, collaborating with peers, or asking insightful questions, Yamilca made the most of every moment in the program.

Favorite Skill Learned:Mastering knife skills and safety has been my favorite part. I feel much more confident and comfortable handling knives properly.”
