Recipe: No Crust Pumpkin Pie

Looking for a simple, fun twist on a classic Thanksgiving dessert? Then try our indulgent, creamy no crust pumpkin pie. Less carbs, and more rich pumpkin flavor.


  • 2 pounds can solid pumpkin
  • 28oz can evaporated milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1.5 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger.5 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs


  1. Preheat oven to 325 F
  2. In a large bowl combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, and eggs whites beat until smooth
  3. Mix in sugar, allspice, ginger, and salt blending well stir in crumbs
  4. Spray 9” baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
  5. Bake 45-55 min until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
  6. Let cool for 15-20 minutes
