Fast Track Culinary Training
Chef Todd Snopkowski developed the Fast Track Culinary Curriculum as a life long goal of someday becoming a free hospitality school with an emphasis on culinary (where it all starts). Chef Snopkowski set out on a quest to find the best in the business to advise him and his team on how best to build his modular curriculum concept. With the help of Karl Guggenmos, WACF master chef and Dean Emeritus of Culinary Education at Johnson & Wales University, we’ve developed a unique and comprehensive culinary curriculum shaped by the needs of the industry, from five-star hotels to foodservice corporations to restaurants. The curriculum includes 14 distinct training modules that can be completed over the course of two years
ServSafe Manager’s Class
This is THE course for aspiring food service managers. We’ll teach you all about foodborne illnesses and how to prevent them. This will help you earn a national accreditation in food safety certification from the National Restaurant Association.
ServSafe Food Handler’s Class
This 60- to 90-minute course teaches you basic food safety practices for preparing and serving food. This will help you earn your food handler certificate from the National Restaurant Association.
