What is Snapchef?

Snapchef is the premiere staffing solution for foodservice and hospitality, staffing commercial kitchens with qualified and trained workers. Snapchef’s proprietary platform, SnapWare, seamlessly integrates staffing, scheduling and payroll through Snapchef’s app and portal – enabling managers to “Get Shifts Done” and alleviate resources typically allocated to training, recruiting and employee management.

Since 2002, top-tier Stadiums & Arenas, Hotels & Resorts, Schools & Universities, Hospitals & Senior Care Centers, Corporate Cafeterias and more have trusted and relied on Snapchef to meet their staffing needs.

In addition to workforce and community development, Snapchef offers employees free FastTrack training, which prepares individuals for dynamic kitchen environments in just 20 hours. With continued mentorship and training, Snapchef takes pride in advancing the skills and careers of their team.

We’re also very proud of the fact that our clients often keep our people on to help train their new employees and use our trainers to get required certifications.
